Football - 1998 Prize Money The
prize pool is calculated by adding the entry fees and
transactions together
and subtracting out the cost of the software to run the
league. The
entry fee for this year was $40
a team.
An additional $40 was taken out of the prize
pool this year for the
purchase of trophies.
Transactions:
A $1 fee was
charged for every add/drop transaction a team made during the
season. There was a total of 114 transactions during the 1998
season.

$534
Each team that makes the playoffs will get their entry fee
refunded. The remainder of the pool will be divided among the
top 3 finishes 80%, 15%, 5% for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd respectively.
Prizes:
1st ($40
Entry Fee + 80% of $374)
= $340
2nd ($40 Entry Fee + 15% of $374)
= $96
3rd ($40 Entry Fee + 5% of $374)
= $58
4th ($40
